salmon For the
cabbage Heat the honey and soy sauce in a small frying pan and add the salmon, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side. For the cabbage, gently melt the butter in a pan add the cabbage, sweat for 4-6 minutes, or until softened. Stir in the cream and simmer for a further few minutes. Season to taste. To serve, spoon the cabbage onto a serving plate and serve the blackened fillet on top. Serve immediately.
I also serve this with savoury rice on top of the cabbage,
topped by the salmon. |
