Thalamorph

Mark Leverheusen is fixated by human achievements in sport.

He stumbles upon reports of incredible and unexplained performances by young, unknown athletes around the world. Are the sporting superpowers experimenting with new drugs, gene manipulation, or brain implants?

Mark shares his concerns with the sports editor for the New York Times and the pair are drawn into a secret operation to expose nations intent on winning at any cost.

When the alarming mental abilities of the athletic prodigies surface a plot to abduct them is uncovered.

Who are these mysterious abductors? With a global network of resources, they appear invincible.
Do they want to exploit the prodigies’ powers? For good or evil?

Mark tracks the abductors to New Zealand, where he encounters a phenomenon, so incredible,
it questions his beliefs and existence.

Will Mark and the world ever be the same again?
