Thanks to everyone for coming. We narrowly avoided getting too wet by starting 15 minutes late, but we soon caught up the schedule thanks to your enthusiasm to keep going.

We have a new World Champion - Andrea Weston - a runner-up in 2006 and now globally at the top of the pile. Commiserations to Robin Hernaman as runner-up and now with five years of top-five placings. Paul Carlier an ever present supporter of Pegularities took third.

Honourable mentions to Ken Larking, Dee Rampling Lee, Alan Lee, Sandra Beckerleg and Dave Beckerleg as well as all of the above who have supported us since we started this silliness five years ago.

Well done to our geocaching newbies "Kevanjue" and "Mcwomble" who I hope enjoyed this alternative form of pedestrian sport.

Thanks to Peter Hayes and Malcolm Heymer who travelled the furthest to support us, and for four years running.

Great to see you again Gina Hollick and Rob Roebuck. I hope you come back for a hat-trick next year.

Congratulazioni to Niccolo Gionevelli for a) finding us, b) grabbing a granny and grandpa on the way, and c) making this a truly international sporting occasion.

Good on you Len Graves for enticing Wendy along, only to abandon you for solo geocache training.

Extra congratulations to all our medal winners.

Many thanks to Christine for the catering and the chickens for being tolerant (except Pepper - again) of our strange human behaviour.

Thanks also to Andrea, Cathy and Sandra for sumptuous additional catering and fetching duties, and the Harmers who donated in absentia.

Biggest thanks to you all for helping us to raise a most generous £350.00 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society which has already been donated (Transaction Reference Number: 7192009102236).

Winners photos are here. Other photos here.

I hope to see you next year.
